Chocolate cream squares: they are seriously irresistible!

Chocolate plus cream? A creamy dessert everyone will love!

INGREDIENTS

4 eggs

1 cup powdered sugar

1 cup of warm water

1 cup of oil

2 tbsp of vanilla

1 packet of baking powder

3 full tablespoons of cocoa

3 cups flour

For cream;

400 gr labne cheese

1 egg

1 tbsp of vanilla

1 full tablespoon of starch

3 tablespoons of powdered sugar

METHOD

In a bowl mix eggs with sugar, add in water, oil, vanilla, flour, baking powder and cocoa. Mix it well.
In another bowl mix the cheese with egg, vanilla, sugar and starch.
Pour the dough mixture in prepared baking pan. Add the cheese mixture on top of it
forming a grid.
Bake for 30 minutes at 170 ' C ( 338 ' F )
