Cream and chocolate squares: a dessert perfect for any occasion!

So creamy and moist, this dessert is irresistible!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
5 medium eggs
200g (1 cup) Sugar
1 tsp (5ml) vanilla extract
250ml (1 cup) Milk
165ml (0.75 cup) Oil
250g (2 cups) Flour 00
50g (0.5 cup) Cocoa powder
1 1/2 tsp (6g) baking powder
For pudding:
1l (4.08 cups) of milk
2 tbsp (30g) plain flour
2 tbsp (30g) corn flour
100g (0.5 cup) Sugar
1 tbsp (12g) vanilla sugar
For the chocolate sauce:
300ml (1.28 cup) whipping cream
300g (1.7 cups) dark chocolate
Decoration:
Coconut flour
Pistachio
METHOD
- Prepare the ingredients for the biscuit. Whisk the eggs with the sugar until you get a fine creamy mixture, then add the vanilla extract, milk and oil. While sifting, add flour, baking powder and cocoa, mix everything and pour into a refractory baking dish which you oil.
- Bake at 170 degrees for 25 minutes.
- If you want, you can remove the surface of the biscuit after baking, so that the cake is flat in cross-section.
- To prepare the cream, pour milk, flour, sugar, vanilla sugar and boil over low heat, stirring the ingredients constantly during the process.
- Pour the mixture over the biscuits and leave to cool.
- Heat the whipping cream and chocolate, combine and pour over the chilled pudding cream.
- Frame the cake with coconut flakes and make cubes, and then decorate the middle of the cubes with pistachios.
