Chocolate and cream cake: the perfect dessert for a special occasion!

So mild but so chocolatey. The perfect cake, for all chocolate lovers.
INGREDIENTS
Biscuit:
4 eggs
Sugar 180 g
Water 100 ml
Flour 130 g
Baking powder 1 tsp
Cocoa 2-3 tbsp
Cream:
2 eggs
Sugar 60 g
Condensed milk 0.5 cups
2 tbsp Vanilla sugar
Flour 3 tbsp
Milk 250 ml
Butter 250 g
For impregnation:
Milk 200 ml
Powdered sugar 2 tbsp
Glaze:
Cocoa 3 tbsp
Sugar 3 tbsp
Sour cream from 3-5 tbsp
Butter 50 g
METHOD
- To prepare the biscuits it is necessary to whisk the egg whites with half of the sugar into the solid snow, set aside. Then whisk the egg yolks with the other half of the sugar until you have a foamy mass then add water and combine the egg whites with a spatula, not with a mixer. Then add the flour and how, combine the ingredients and pour it into a 20 cm mold, lined with baking paper. Bake biscuit at 180 degrees, 25 to 30 minutes.
- After baking, allow the biscuit to cool completely and cut it into two pieces.
- To prepare the cream, combine the eggs, sugar, condensed milk, vanilla sugar, milk and flour into a pan, simmering, stirring the heat and stirring the ingredients until a fine, thick mass is obtained. Then pour the cream into a saucepan and allow to cool. After cooling, add the butter and whisk the cream.
- Prepare syrup for coating biscuits with milk and powdered sugar.
- Place the mold, the first layer of biscuit, coat the biscuit with syrup, pour the cream, then put the second biscuit. Leave the cake in the refrigerator.
- Prepare a chocolate and sweet cream ganache glaze, following the procedure in the video.
- Coat the cake with the glaze and refrigerate the cake for an additional half-hour.
