Panda cake: perfect for a birthday, or any special occasion

Ingredients:
vanilla muffin batter;
chocolate muffin batter;
2 cups whipped cream;
black and white fondant.

Instructions
Make muffin batter following the instructions on your package.
Pour the batter into muffin liners to make 8 chocolate cupcakes and 6 vanilla. Put 6 chocolate and vanilla cupcakes in a round 20 cm (8 inch) spring baking pan and bake according to the package directions (usually it’s about 190C/375F for 25 minutes). Bake two chocolate muffins separately.
Let the cupcakes cool down completely. Meanwhile cut out panda’s eyes, nose and mouth from black and white fondant.
Remove the spring form and cover the main cake with cream/ Place two chocolate muffins on top of panda’s head to make ears. Add details that were cut out of fondant.
