INGREDIENTS
400g gnocchi
100g burrata cheese
boiling water
salt
pistachio grains
150g mortadella 

METHOD 
1. Cook mortadella in a pan with oil.
2. Add the cooked gnocchi and some boiling water.
3. Add the burrata cheese and the pistachio grains.
4. Serve hot.
