PISTACHIO CREAM: the perfect recipe to make it nice and creamy!

INGREDIENTS
120g shelled pistachios
100g white chocolate
150g condensed milk
METHOD
1. Toast the pistachios for a few minutes in a pan, stirring continuously.
2. Blend the pistachios in a mixer until you get a smooth cream.
3. Melt the white chocolate over low heat in a saucepan.
4. Pour the condensed milk into a saucepan, and heat it while stirring continuously until it becomes liquid.
5. Add the previously melted white chocolate.
6. Continue stirring over low heat until you get a smooth cream.
7. Remove from heat and add the pistachio cream.
8. Stir continuously until you get a smooth cream. If it is too thick, add more condensed milk, ensuring it is preheated.
9. Pour the cream into an airtight jar.
