Sfogliatelle with heart of chocolate cream: perfect for any occasion!

This sweet treat is just amazing, how to make it using a glass:

INGREDIENTS

300ml (1 1/5 cup) milk

pinch of salt

15g (1 tbsp) sugar

20ml (2 tbsp) oil

7g (1 1/2 tsp) dry yeast

600g (4 ¾ cups) flour

120g (½ cup) melted butter
20g (2 tbsp) starch

1 egg

Chocolate cream

METHOD

Add milk, salt, sugar and egg to the mixing bowl. Mix well. Add oil, yeast and flour. Knead the dough. Leave the dough to rise for 2 hours.
Divide the dough into 8 parts.
Whisk in melted butter and starch. Roll out balls of dough and coat them with butter and starch.
Put the dough on top of each other and finally roll everything out. Make a roll of dough and cut it into slices.
Make shells from the dough and fill them with chocolate cream. Fry in hot oil. Serve.
