Sfogliatelle with heart of chocolate cream: perfect for any occasion!

This sweet treat is just amazing, how to make it using a glass:
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
300ml (1 1/5 cup) milk
pinch of salt
15g (1 tbsp) sugar
20ml (2 tbsp) oil
7g (1 1/2 tsp) dry yeast
600g (4 ¾ cups) flour
120g (½ cup) melted butter
20g (2 tbsp) starch
20g (2 tbsp) starch
1 egg
Chocolate cream
METHOD
- Add milk, salt, sugar and egg to the mixing bowl. Mix well. Add oil, yeast and flour. Knead the dough. Leave the dough to rise for 2 hours.
- Divide the dough into 8 parts.
- Whisk in melted butter and starch. Roll out balls of dough and coat them with butter and starch.
- Put the dough on top of each other and finally roll everything out. Make a roll of dough and cut it into slices.
- Make shells from the dough and fill them with chocolate cream. Fry in hot oil. Serve.
