Chocolate squares: perfect for every occasion!

A creamy and delicious dessert to fall in love with!
INGREIDENTS
INGREIDENTS
For the base:
100g (3/4 cup) flour
40g (5 tbsp) cocoa powder
3/4 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp vanillina
40ml (1/5 cup) oil
100g (6 tbsp) sugar
160ml (2/3 cup) milk
1/4 tsp salt
For the cream:
200g Cream cheese
80ml whipping cream
1 tbsp powdered sugar
For the chocolate glaze:
30ml (2 tbsp) cream
1/4 tsp butter (optional, can not use)
80g chocolate
METHOD
- In a bowl mix together sugar, milk, salt and oil. Sift in the flour, cocoa powder, vanilla powder and baking powder. Transfer to the baking pan and bake onto the water bath for 30-40 minutes.
- In another bowl mix cream cheese with sugar and whipped cream.
- Transfer onto the prepared cake and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Top with melted butter and refrigerate for 2 hours.
