Veggies casserole: a perfect dish for every occasion!

Everyone will eat and enjoy their vegetables when this casserole is served.
INGREDIENTS

4 zucchini
2 carrots
2 garlic
1 large onion
Extra virgin olive oilinsp300 ml evaporated milk or milk cream
5 large eggs
2 slices of bread
100 g Cooked ham
150 g Sliced cheese
100g grated mozzarella cheese
1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
To taste Ground black pepper
Salt to taste
Mold 27cm x 17cm x 6cm high
- METHOD
Prepare zucchini, cut them into cubes and into circles. Then finely chop the garlic and onion, grate the carrots and mozzarella cheese, and chop the ham. - Heat a pan with olive oil, then add the garlic, then the onion, carrots, and zucchini you diced, add the spices.
- In a special olive oil pan, fry the zucchini you cut into circles.
- Prepare the topping, whisk the eggs with cooking cream and two slices of bread.
- Prepare a fireproof bowl or mold to cover with baking paper.
- Compound the zucchini pastel, pour in half of the prepared zucchini mixture, then sprinkle with ham, mozzarella cheese, pour over the egg dressing, then arrange the slices of zucchini, sprinkle with the remaining zucchini mixture, pour over the zucchini again and arrange the zucchini.
- Bake at 180 degrees, 40 minutes.
