Veggies flan: a delicious main dish ready in no-time!

You can turn your favorite veggies into an amazing dish! 
 
INGREDIENTS
1 Red bell pepper
1 Green bell pepper
3 Carrots
4 Potatoes
Broccoli
1 Onion
2 Eggs
125ml (1/2 cup) Oil
250ml (1 cup) Milk
8g (2 tsp) Salt
4g (1 tsp) Cayenne pepper
4g (1 tsp) Pepper
125g (1 cup) Flour
Parsley
200g (1 cup) Cheese
 
METHOD
  1. Cut the potatoes into squares, peppers into strings, carrots into circles and cut onion and broccoli.
  2. In a pan pour some oil and cook the peppers, potatoes and carrots. Add onion and then broccoli. Put the lid and cook for a while. In a bowl add eggs, oil, milk, salt pepper and cayenne pepper. Whisk it and add flour. mix and add chopped parsley. 
  3. Remove the lid from the pan and add salt to vegetables. Mix and put them in baking pan. Pour the egg mixture over them and bake at 180C for 35 min.
  4. Remove it from the oven and add cheese, then bake it again for 10 minutes. Serve.
