Chocolate and cream squares: a unique dessert for an incredible party!

This cake will feed a crowd!

INGREDIENTS

• 4 eggs

• 100ml / 3.5oz oil

• 100ml / 3.5oz kefir

• 200g / 1.3 cups sugar

• 350g / 2.3 cups flour

• 2 tbsp cocoa

• 10g baking powder

• 200ml / 7oz cream

• 200g / 1.3 cups chocolate

METHOD

Mix all the ingredients for the cake. Pour the mixture into a mold. Bake for 35 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 °. Cool cooked cake and put on a plate. Cut into squares. In each square, cut out the middle. Put strawberries in the recesses.
Cook the ganache and pour it on the cake. Garnish each square with whipped cream and strawberries.
