Chocolate cheesecake: the dessert with a unique taste!

You only need a few ingredients to make a great dessert in no-time!


INGREDIENTS
400g (4 cups) chocolate for cakes with 50% cocoa
200g (1 cup) sugar
1kg (4.4 cups) sweet cow's cheese 20% fat
6 eggs
80g (0.4 cup) semolina
200g (0.8 cup) sour cream
40g (0.3 cup) corn starch
5ml (1 tsp) vanilla extract
Salt
 
METHOD
  1. Mix cheese, sugar, then add eggs, corn starch, semolina, sour cream, salt and vanilla extract.
  2. Melt the chocolate and leave to cool to room temperature and add to the previously prepared mixture, then pour into a 24 cm mold.
  3. Bake at 150 degrees, 50-60 minutes.
  4. Leave the cake in the fridge for 6-8 hours before serving.
