Bicolor cheesecake: a unique dessert for the whole family!

Pour the cream over the biscuits mold to make a delicious dessert in no-time! 
 
INGREDIENTS
• 1 3/4 cups cookies
• 1/3 cup oil
• 3 1/3 cups milk
• 10 egg yolks
• 1/3 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup corn starch
• 2 tsp vanilla extract
• Hazelnut cream
• brown sugar
 
METHOD
  1. Place 4 figures in a baking dish covered with baking paper.
  2. Combine egg yolks, sugar and vanilla extract. Then add corn starch.
  3. Pour milk, stir and bring to a boil.
  4. Pour the cream into a baking dish and place in the freezer for 1 hour.
  5. Crumble cookies and mix with melted butter. Put on the cream. Cool for 30 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle the finished cheesecake with sugar and caramelize.
  7. Fill the holes with the filling.
