Bicolor cheesecake: a unique dessert for the whole family!

Pour the cream over the biscuits mold to make a delicious dessert in no-time!
INGREDIENTS
• 1 3/4 cups cookies
• 1/3 cup oil
• 3 1/3 cups milk
• 10 egg yolks
• 1/3 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup corn starch
• 2 tsp vanilla extract
• Hazelnut cream
• brown sugar
METHOD
- Place 4 figures in a baking dish covered with baking paper.
- Combine egg yolks, sugar and vanilla extract. Then add corn starch.
- Pour milk, stir and bring to a boil.
- Pour the cream into a baking dish and place in the freezer for 1 hour.
- Crumble cookies and mix with melted butter. Put on the cream. Cool for 30 minutes.
- Sprinkle the finished cheesecake with sugar and caramelize.
- Fill the holes with the filling.
