Cheesecake without biscuit base: more creamy and delicious!

Delicious, light, creamy, low carb, gluten-free crustless New York cheesecake! This cheesecake is so easy to make and it comes out perfect without a crust!
INGREDIENTS
• 500 g (1 pound) cream cheese;
• 4 eggs;
• 200 g (7 oz) sugar;
• 20 g (0.7 oz) flour;
• 1 2/3 cup cream.

METHOD
- Preheat oven to 180C/350F.
- Whisk cream cheese with eggs and sugar. Add flour and pour cream. Make sure that the mixture is nice and smooth.
- Cover whole baking pan with parchment and pout the cheesecake mixture in.
- Bake for 50 minutes. Leave to cool down, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
