Cheesecake without biscuit base: more creamy and delicious!

Delicious, light, creamy, low carb, gluten-free crustless New York cheesecake! This cheesecake is so easy to make and it comes out perfect without a crust!

INGREDIENTS

• 500 g (1 pound) cream cheese;
• 4 eggs;
• 200 g (7 oz) sugar;
• 20 g (0.7 oz) flour;
• 1 2/3 cup cream.
 
METHOD
  1. Preheat oven to 180C/350F.
  2. Whisk cream cheese with eggs and sugar. Add flour and pour cream. Make sure that the mixture is nice and smooth.
  3. Cover whole baking pan with parchment and pout the cheesecake mixture in.
  4. Bake for 50 minutes. Leave to cool down, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
