Chocolate cheesecake: the fresh and perfect dessert for any occasion!

Super creamy and ready with a few ingredients! 
 
INGREDIENTS
500g cream cheese
330g milk chocolate
150ml cream
Cocoa powder

METHOD
  1. Melt 250g of the chocolate in a pan, and combine with the cream cheese in a bowl. Pour the mixture into a parchment-lined tin and leave to refrigerate for two hours.
  2. Add the remaining 80g of chocolate to a pan, stir through the cream and melt together.
  3. Pour the chocolate cream mixture on top of the cool cheesecake base and leave them cool in the fridge for another 15 minutes.
  4. Remove from the fridge and peel away the baking parchment and serve!
