This extra delicious and creamy cheesecake is freezer friendly and so yummy! Perfect for any occasions!
INGREDIENTS

• 250g cocoa biscuits
• 110g butter
• 500g ricotta
• 350ml heavy cream
• 100g powdered sugar
• 50g coconut chips
• 40g bitter cocoa
• 90ml milk
• 15g gelatin
• 30ml water
• Crushed hazelnuts
• Melted chocolate
METHOD
1.) Crumble cookies, add melted butter and mix. Then transfer the mixture into the spring form and form the crust. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

2.) Dissolve cocoa in milk
3.) Soak gelatin in cold water for 10 minutes, then melt in 50 ml of warm cream, taken from the total. In a bowl, beat ricotta with sugar and add cream. Divide the mixture into two equal parts. In the first bowl, add the grated coconut and half the gelatin dissolved in the cream. In the second bowl, add the cocoa, and the remaining gelatin.
4.) Place a spoonful of chocolate cream in the center of the baking pan and around the white mixture, and repeat to form circles. Repeat the same operation for the next layer, starting with the white dough, and repeat for the next layers. Refrigerate for 4 hours.
5.) Decorate with crushed hazelnuts and drizzle with melted chocolate
