Savory cheesecake: creamy and perfect for any occasion

INGREDIENTS
For the base:
130g of taralli
130g (1 cup) of almonds
130g of dried tomatoes
For top part:
320g (1 1/4 cups) of ricotta
Basil
Salt
Pepper
For decoration:
Ricotta
Baked ham
Green olives
METHOD
1. In a food processor add the taralli, almonds, and dried tomatoes and mix to combine and obtain a crumbly mixture. Transfer to the cake mold (20cm mold size) and level it up well. Transfer to the fridge for 30 minutes.
2. In a bowl add the ricotta, basil, salt, and pepper and mix to combine. Spread ricotta over the cake base and level it up. Transfer to the fridge for 30 minutes.
3. After time has elapsed remove cake from the fridge and transfer to the plate. Decorate it with the ricotta mixture, baked ham, and green olives.
4. Cut the savory cheesecake into slices and serve.
