Chocolate cheese pie: a creamy dessert, perfect for any occasion!

This dessert is a must-try!

INGREDIENTS

Base:

125g (½ cup) butter, soft;

1 egg;

100g (½ cup) sugar;

15g (1 tbsp) cocoa powder;

1 tsp vanilla sugar;

120g (1 cup) flour.

Filling:

600g (2 ½ cup) cream cheese;

3 eggs;

200ml (⅔ cup+1 tbsp) cream;

135g (⅔ cup) sugar;

30g (2 tbsp) flour;

50g vanilla pudding.

METHOD

Whisk butter with sugar and eggs until creamy. Add cocoa and flour. Mix until dough forms and chill it in the fridge for 1 hour.
Use a hand mixer to combine all of the ingredients for the filling.
Take 3-4 tbsp of dough and set aside. Spread the rest on the bottom and the sides of the 24 cm baking pan.
Pour cheese filling inside and top with small pieces of dough.
Bake for 50 minutes at 180C/350F. leave to cool down completely in the oven to prevent cheesecake for cracking.
