Chocolate pie: for all of those with a sweet tooth, here’s the perfect dessert!

Ernst Knam’s chocolate pie is an incredible dessert. The recipe is not challenging at all, here are all the steps to making the perfect pie!
INGREDIENTS
150g sugar
150g butter
300g flour
6g baking powder
50g unsweetened cocoa powder
1 egg
130ml heavy cream
190g dark chocolate
400g custard

DIRECTIONS
1. Combine butter and sugar, then add the flour.
2. Start kneading, then add the baking powder and unsweetened cocoa powder. Chill the dough for 30 minutes.
3. In the meantime, prepare the filling by heating the chocolate and heavy cream.
4. Let it cool, then blend in the custard cream.
5. Roll out the dough and put it in a pie dish. Fill it with the chocolate cream.
6. Garnish the top with the remaining pie dough.
7. Bake at 180°C for 45 minutes.
