CHOCOLATE CUPCAKE: the delicious sweets perfect for a snack or breakfast!

INGREDIENTS
For the batter:
80g (1/4 cup) butter
80g (1/2 cup) sugar
1 egg
50g chocolate (melted)
30ml (2 tbsp) milk
80g (3/4 cup) all-purpose flour
15g (2 tbsp) cocoa powder
6g (1/2 tbsp) baking powder
For the chocolate ganache:
40ml (3 tbsp) + 150ml (3/4 cup) fresh cream
190g dark chocolate
40g (1/4 cup) butter
30g (2 1/2 tbsp) sugar
For decoration:
White chocolate flakes
METHOD
1. In a bowl, add the butter and sugar and mix to dissolve the sugar. Add the egg, melted chocolate, and milk. Sift the flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder, then mix to combine. Fill a piping bag with the batter.
2. Place muffin paper cups into a muffin tray and pipe the batter to fill 3/4 of each mold. Bake at 180°C/360°F for 20 minutes.
3. Pour 40ml of fresh cream into a saucepan and bring it to a boil. Add the chocolate and butter, and mix on low heat to combine. Remove from the heat and let it cool.
4. Pour the remaining fresh cream into a bowl, add the sugar, and mix until stiff.
5. Mix the ganache with a mixer, then add the whipped cream. Gently incorporate with a spatula to combine.
6. Transfer the ganache to a piping bag and decorate each cupcake. Sprinkle with white chocolate.
7. Serve the chocolate muffins on a serving dish and enjoy.
