Chocolate French toast: for a super delicious snack!

Try this yummy treat for a special breakfast or brunch
 
INGREDIENTS
4 eggs
450ml (2 cups) milk
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
Loaf of thick bread
400g chocolate
Powdered sugar

METHOD
  1. Whisk together the egg, milk, sugar and vanilla extract in a bowl until combined.
  2. Cut a pocket in from the edge of a piece of bread and insert a piece of chocolate in the center.
  3. Submerge a piece of chocolate-filled bread in the mixture and add to a buttered frying pan.
  4. Fry for around 2-3 mins per side or until golden brown in color.
  5. Decorate by sieving powdered sugar over the toast and serve.
