Banana and chocolate medallions: a delicious treat ready in no-time!

Easy to make and super delicious!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
12 slices toast bread
1 banana, cut into 3 pieces
3 squares chocolate
2 eggs
Breadcrumbs
Vegetable oil for frying
METHOD
- Put a slice of toast bread onto a cutting board and put a piece of banana in the center.
- Mash the banana pressing it with a fork. Top with another slice of toast bread and cut out circle shape medallions using a glass. Continue with the remaining banana pieces.
- Make the same procedure, but use chocolate squares instead of banana pieces.
- In a bowl whisk 2 eggs and dip each medallion in whisked eggs, then coat in breadcrumbs.
- Fry in hot oil for 2 minutes or until golden. Serve immediately.
