Deep fried bananas: ready in no-time, everyone will love it!

Serve with maple syrup or chocolate sauce as a dessert or snack.

INGREDIENTS
125g (1 cup) flour (all-purpose)
1 egg
60g (1/2 cup) cornstarch
100g (1/2 cup) sugar
40g (1/2 cup) coconut
120ml (1/2 cup) milk
1/2 tsp baking powder
 
3 bananas
Frying oil
 
METHOD
  1. Mix all ingredients for the dough.
  2. Peel bananas, cut in half, string on a wooden stick. Dip each banana into the dough and deep-fry.
