Easy phyllo rolls: everyone will love this delicious appetizer!

Here's an easy savory treat that everyone will love!

INGREDIENTS
4 Zucchini
4 tbsp Oil
1 Onion
4g (1 tsp) Pepper
5g (1 tsp) Chilli pepper
4g (1 tsp) Salt
200g (1 cup) Cheese
50g (3 tbsp) Parmesan
 
Sauce:
30g (2 tbsp) Flour
Oil 200ml (1 cup)
5ml (1 tsp) Vinegar
15ml (1 tbsp) Melted butter
 
Ready-made phyllo dough
 
METHOD
  1. Cut the zucchinis into small pieces. In a pan pour some oil. Add chopped onion. Cook a little bit and add chopped zucchinis. Add spices and grated cheese and parmesan. 
  2. For sauce:
  3. In a bowl put the flour, add oil, vinegar and melted butter. Mix it well. 
  4. Cut the ready-made dough into thick strips. Spread the sauce on them and add the filling. Roll the dough and put the rolls in a pan. Add more sauce on top of them and bake at 180C for 20 minutes. Serve.
