Phyllo dough ribbons: a fantastic appetizer all to try!

INGREDIENTS
Phyllo pastry
Butter (melted)
Fresh thyme
250g of feta cheese
Sesame seeds
Honey
METHOD
1. Place one sheet of phyllo pastry on a cutting board and brush it with melted butter. Sprinkle fresh thyme leaves over the surface. Layer the second sheet of phyllo pastry on top.
2. Place a piece of feta cheese on each side and close it on all sides. Gently press the layered phyllo pastry in the middle, creating a bow shape.
3. Cut a 2cm phyllo pastry strip and brush it with the melted butter. Roll the prepared bow to complete the bow look.
4. Transfer them to the baking tray covered with parchment paper and brush them with the melted butter.
5. Sprinkle them with sesame seeds and transfer them to the oven. Bake at 160Β°C/320Β°F for 30 minutes.
6. Decorate them with honey after baking and serve.
