Ribbons brioche: a fluffy recipe to try right now!

These are just amazing!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
70ml (0.3 cup) butter
60g (0.4 cup) sugar
3 eggs
7g dry yeast
300ml (1.23 cup) milk
10g vanilla sugar
3g salt
300g (2.4 cups) flour (all purpose)
300g (2.4 cups) manitoba
1 egg yolk
2 tbsp milk
Chocolate chips
Cream
METHOD
- Mix all ingredients and knead the dough. Let rise for 2 hours.
- Divide the dough into parts. Form balls. Roll out each ball, brush with custard, sprinkle with chocolate drops and form brioche ribbons.
- Place on a baking sheet and let rise for 30 minutes.
- Brush Brioche ribbons with egg yolk and milk. Bake for 25 minutes at 180°C / 350°F.
