Chocolate chips brioche muffin: the recipe to try right now!

They are not only delicious to eat, but easy to make too!

INGREDIENTS
600g (4.8 cups) flour (all purpose)
240ml (1 cup) warm water
100g (0.5 cup) sugar
80ml (0.4 cup) oil
7g dry yeast
10g salt
1 tbsp vinegar
10g vanilla sugar
3 tbsp yogurt
1 tbsp melted butter
 
Custard
Chocolate drops
Egg
 
METHOD
  1. Mix all ingredients and knead the dough. Let rise for 2 hours.
  2. Roll out the dough, brush with custard, sprinkle with chocolate drops. Cut into strips and form buns. Grease a muffin dish and lay out the buns. Let rise for 30 minutes.
  3. Brush the rolls with egg and bake for 30 minutes at 180°C / 350°F.
