Chocolate minicakes: the trick to try right now!

Here's how to make delicious chocolate cakes with some paper cups!

INGREDIENTS
250g (2 cups) flour
50ml (1/4 cup) vegetable oil
150ml (3/5 cup) milk
3 eggs
200g (1 cup) sugar
16g baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 tbsp cocoa powder
200g (1 cup) whipping cream
2 tbsp cocoa powder
3 tbsp hazelnut cream
Strawberries
Mint leaves
 
METHOD
  1. In a bowl beat together eggs with sugar well, add in oil and milk then flour with baking powder and cocoa powder. Pour the prepared mixture into the paper cups. Bake at 170 'C for 25-30 min.
  2. In another bowl beat together whipping cream with hazelnut cream and cocoa powder.
  3. Decorate chocolate cakes with prepared cream, strawberries and mint leaves.
