Mantija recipe: a beef pie to try right now!

INGREDIENTS
For dough
1 and ½ tsp salts
700g of flour
400ml of water
4 tbsp of oil
For stuffing
50g butter
400g of ground beef
150g red onions
½ tsp of salt
Sp tsp pepper
For coating
130g of melted butter
METHOD
- Combine flour, salt, water and oil, cover with transparencies and let the dough stand for 1 hour.
- Combine butter, oil, onion, meat and spices in a heated pan. Bake all together for 10-15 minutes.
- Divide the dough into balls, then roll out the balls, grease each layer of dough and line each other, stretching and joining the dough.
- Roll out the dough and cut it into cubes.
- Put 1 tbs of meat into each cube, roll into a cube and place in a saucepan. When you have filled the pan, coat the mantles with butter and bake at 230 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
