INGREDIENTS
Eggplant – 3 pcs
Ground beef– 500 grams
Onion
Garlic– 3 cloves
Paprika – 2 tsp
Hot pepper – 1 tsp
Salt
Pepper
Tomato – 3 pcs
Oil
Tomato puree
Ground beef– 500 grams
Onion
Garlic– 3 cloves

Hot pepper – 1 tsp

Tomato – 3 pcs

Tomato puree
METHOD
- Cut the eggplant. Salt it and put it in the water. Mix together meat, onion, garlic, pepper, hot pepper, salt and pepper.
- Fill the eggplant.
- Make grated tomato sauce, salt pepper, pepper, pepper and oil. Pour sauce over eggplant.
- Bake at 180C for 35-40 minutes.
