An eggplant omelet to try right now!
NGREDIENTS
NGREDIENTS
3 Eggplants
2 Eggs
4g (1 tsp) Salt
4g (1 tsp) Pepper
Oil
METHOD
- Cook the eggplants on the flame. Peel them and use a fork to mash it.
- In a bowl whisk the eggs and add salt and pepper.
- Put the eggplants into that mixture and cook them in an oiled hot pan. Serve.
