A great way to cook eggplant in a few minutes!

• 2 eggplants
• 200ml marinara sauce
• 1 bunch of basil
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tsp oregano
• 100g breadcrumbs
• 140g Provola cheese, grated
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 2 tsp parmesan
METHOD
1. Preheat the grill pan. Wash and slice the eggplants. Fry the eggplant slices and gradually transfer them to the plate, at the end salt them on the plate.

5. Put the jar in the microwave and cook for 6 minutes at 750W.
