Eggplant rolls: quick to prepare and delicious!

Easy, quick and tasty, the perfect recipe for a delicious dinner!
INGREDIENTS
400g ground beef
2 onions
20ml (4 tbsp) olive oil
1 egg
4g (1 tsp) salt
4g (1 tsp) pepper
4g (1 tsp) thyme
4g (1 tsp) paprika
3 eggplants
50g (1/3 cup) breadcrumbs
Tomato sauce
Cheese
METHOD
- Cut the eggplant into strips. Fry it in oil until it turns brown.
- Make a mixture of meat, eggs, salt, pepper, paprika, thyme, oil, breadcrumbs in a mixing bowl.
- Arrange the eggplant on baking paper. Put meat mixture on each, and then fold it. Put tomato sauce on rolls.
- Bake at 400°F/200°C for 10 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and place the cheese on the rolls, then bake for another 20 minutes. Serve.
