Eggplant roll: a few ingredients for a tasty dish!

Perfect for a quick dinner or lunch!

INGREDIENTS
2 eggplant
Salt
Pepper
Olive oil
Breadcrumbs
Ham
Cheese

METHOD
  1. Cut the eggplant into slices.
  2. Sprinkle them with oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill the eggplant in a pan, then arrange it on a baking tray.
  4. Arrange the ham and cheese on the eggplant, then make a roll. Sprinkle the roll with oil and bread crumbs.
  5. Bake at 360°F/180°C for 15 minutes until the cheese melts. Serve.
