Eggplant and meat rolls: a simple and delicious recipe!

The rolls are ready in 20 minutes. The grilled eggplant make them even tastier. Filled with meat, mortadella, and cheese, these rolls are amazing!
INGREDIENTS
200g ground beef
salt
pepper
parsley
50g Parmesan cheese
1 egg
50g mortadella

DIRECTIONS
1. Season the meat, add the parsley, Parmesan cheese, egg, and the mortadella cut into cubes.
2. Place a spoon of ground beef on the previously grilled eggplant slices.
3. Add some cheese and roll them up.
4. Place the rolls into a baking dish.
5. Cover with tomato puree and Parmesan cheese.
6. Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
