Pistachio meat rolls: the delicious recipe for a second special dish!

INGREDIENTS
550g of ground meat
90g (1 cup) of parmesan cheese
Salt
Pepper
1 egg
200g of provola cheese (sliced)
140g of ham
Pistachios

METHOD
- In a bowl add the ground meat, parmesan cheese, egg, salt, pepper and combine all well together.
Place the seasoned meat on a sheet of parchment paper, cover with another sheet and roll out with a rolling pin, in a rectangle about half a cm high. - Remove the top sheet of parchment paper, cover the meat with the slices of cheese and ham and begin to roll it as tightly as possible with the help of the underlying parchment paper.
- Pass the roll obtained in the chopped pistachios and with the knife cut into slices about 1.5 cm thick.
- Bake meat rolls in the oven at 180°C/356°F for about 30 minutes.
