Fried meat rolls: easy, fast and delicious!

This is a perfect idea to make a delicious lunch for the whole family!

INGREDIENTS
500g minced meat
1 onion
1 egg
ham slices
Cheese slices
Grilled zucchini slices
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
3 eggs
Flour
Breadcrumbs

METHOD
  1. Mix together minced meat with onion, egg, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Spread the meat on cling film, top it with cherry slices, ham slices, and grilled zucchini. Wrap in a roll and freeze for 1 hour.
  3. Cut into slices and dip into flour eggs and breadcrumbs.
  4. Fry in the hot oil until golden brown.
