Meat rolls: everyone will ask for more!

They are just irresistible!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
8 slices beef;
salt and pepper to taste;
8 pieces sharp cheese;
2 eggs;
1 tsp italian herbs;
1 cup all-purpose flour;
2 cups breadcrumbs.
METHOD
- Pound beef slices with a meat mallet to make each piece flat and even.
- Season beef with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Whisk eggs with a pinch of salt, pepper and Italian herbs.
- Place a piece of cheese on top of the beef slice and roll tightly.
- Dredge each meat roll in flour, then cover in egg, dredge in breadcrumbs, dip into the egg again and coat with a final layer of breadcrumbs.
- Fry each beef roll for 6-7 minutes or until golden on each side and cooked through.
