Meat rolls: everyone will ask for more!

They are just irresistible!

INGREDIENTS
 8 slices beef;
 salt and pepper to taste;
 8 pieces sharp cheese;
 2 eggs;
 1 tsp italian herbs;
 1 cup all-purpose flour;
 2 cups breadcrumbs.
 
METHOD
  1.  Pound beef slices with a meat mallet to make each piece flat and even.
  2.  Season beef with salt and pepper on both sides.
  3.  Whisk eggs with a pinch of salt, pepper and Italian herbs.
  4.  Place a piece of cheese on top of the beef slice and roll tightly.
  5.  Dredge each meat roll in flour, then cover in egg, dredge in breadcrumbs, dip into the egg again and coat with a final layer of breadcrumbs.
  6.  Fry each beef roll for 6-7 minutes or until golden on each side and cooked through.
