Meat rolls: the secret to making them juicy and tender!

INGREDIENTS
6 meat steaks
Baked ham
Cheese
Salt
Pepper
White wine
Rosemary

METHOD
  1. Arrange the ham and cheese on the meat steaks.
  2. Roll up and tie with a thread.
  3. Fry in a pan until golden brown. Pour the wine. Add salt and pepper and add rosemary sprigs.
  4. Cook until the meat is tender.
  5. Serve with potatoes and wine sauce.
