INGREDIENTS

6 meat steaks
Baked ham
Cheese
Salt
Pepper
White wine
Rosemary
METHOD
- Arrange the ham and cheese on the meat steaks.
- Roll up and tie with a thread.
- Fry in a pan until golden brown. Pour the wine. Add salt and pepper and add rosemary sprigs.
- Cook until the meat is tender.
- Serve with potatoes and wine sauce.
