Meat rolls: how to make them juicy and inviting!

INGREDIENTS
1kg beef steak
Salt
Pepper
500g ground beef
100g (½ cup) barbeque sauce
Bacon slices
4 onions
Parsley
Garlic
5g (1 tsp) paprika
50ml (1/5 cup) vegetable oil
250ml (1 cup) dark beer
30g (2 tbsp) honey
20g (2 tbsp) brown sugar
30g (2 tbsp) mustard

250ml (1 cup) dark beer
30g (2 tbsp) honey
20g (2 tbsp) brown sugar
30g (2 tbsp) mustard
METHOD
- Beat the meat with a hammer. Add salt and pepper. Saute onion, with brown sugar and mustard.
- In a bowl, mix minced meat, sauce, parsley, garlic, and paprika.
- Arrange the mixture with steak. Arrange slices of bacon on top. Add a layer of the onion to the bacon and roll out the steak.
- Leave the roll in the fridge overnight.
- Cut the roll into slices pierced with skewers. Arrange the slices on a baking sheet and coat them with a mixture of oil, honey, and dark beer.
- Bake at 360°F/180°C for 50 minutes. Serve.
