Meat roll

Ingredients:
1 kg (2 pounds) beef;
1 tbsp salt;
1 tbsp beef seasoning;
1 cup spinach, chopped;
½ cup red tomatoes, chopped;
½ cup yellow tomatoes, chopped;
½ cup green beans.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 190C/375F.
Slice a piece of meat lengthwise without cutting it through. Open like a book and hammer with a meat hummer to even out the thickness of the cut.
Sprinkle salt and beef seasoning on top, place vegetables in rows and roll meat tightly. Secure meat roll with a cooking twine.
Grill meat roll until its brown all over and place into the oven for 30-40 minutes (depends on preferred doneness.
Set the roll aside for 15 minutes before slicing.
