Meat rolls with ham and cheese: prepare a tasty and melty dinner!

INGREDIENTS
500g of minced meat
40g (1/2 cup) of parmesan
40g (1/4 cup) of breadcrumbs
Parsley
Salt
Pepper
1 egg
Cheese
Ham
METHOD
1. In a bowl with minced meat, combine the parmesan, breadcrumbs, parsley, salt, pepper, and egg.
2. Place a sheet of parchment paper on a working surface and place the meat mixture. Flatten it with oiled hands to obtain a rectangle shape.
3. Place the cheese and ham on top of the meat and roll it out. Wrap in parchment paper and transfer to the fridge. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
4. After time has elapsed transfer the meatloaf to the cutting board and cut it into rolls (about 10 rolls).
5. Transfer them to the baking tray covered with parchment paper. Bake in oven at 180°C/360°F for 30 minutes.
6. Serve meat rolls all together on a serving plate.
