Ham and cheese sandwiches: fluffy, cheesy and very tasty!

Just a few ingredients to make delicious homemade buns for dinner!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
7g (1 1/2 tsp) yeast;
10g (1 tbsp) sugar;
400ml (1.6 cup) milk;
50ml (0.2 cup) olive oil;
800g (6.4 cups) flour;
3g (1/2 tsp) salt;
200g (0.8 cup) Edam cheese;
100g (3.5oz) bechamel sauce;
200g (1.5 cup) roasted ham;
1 egg yolk to coat the dough.
METHOD
- In a large bowl, pour the yeast, sugar and milk, combine the ingredients and leave for 15 minutes.
- Then add the olive oil, change again and gradually add the flour and salt. Knead a fine, smooth dough and leave 2 hours to rise.
- Roll out the dough, coat with bechamel sauce, arrange the ham and sprinkle with cheese.
- Roll out the dough and cut into pieces, coat with egg yolk and bake at 180 degrees, 20-25 minutes.
