Cheesy No Bread Sandwiches

Crispy on the outside and cheesy on the inside. These potato sandwiches are so unique, they're going to become a family favorite!

INGREDIENTS

Potatoes (potatoes with a thin skin) 800 gr

150g (1.2 cup) flour 00

150g (0.6 cup) Edam cheese

3g (1/2 tsp) salt

3g (1 tsp) black pepper

3g (1 tsp) garlic powder

METHOD

Put the peeled potatoes in a pot and cook for 40 minutes, then make a test with a toothpick, if the toothpick easily passes through the potatoes, you have boiled potatoes, if you do not continue to cook it for another minute.
After the potatoes are cooked, take them out of the hot water into a bowl and pour cold water over them, leave them for 15 minutes to cool completely. Peel a potato and grate it, add flour and knead the dough. With the help of oil, take 1 tbsp of the mixture, put cheese inside it and make a cube.
Coat the pan with oil and fry the potato squares.
