Cheesy No Bread Sandwiches

Crispy on the outside and cheesy on the inside. These potato sandwiches are so unique, they're going to become a family favorite!
INGREDIENTS
Potatoes (potatoes with a thin skin) 800 gr
150g (1.2 cup) flour 00
150g (0.6 cup) Edam cheese
3g (1/2 tsp) salt
3g (1 tsp) black pepper
3g (1 tsp) garlic powder
METHOD
- Put the peeled potatoes in a pot and cook for 40 minutes, then make a test with a toothpick, if the toothpick easily passes through the potatoes, you have boiled potatoes, if you do not continue to cook it for another minute.
- After the potatoes are cooked, take them out of the hot water into a bowl and pour cold water over them, leave them for 15 minutes to cool completely. Peel a potato and grate it, add flour and knead the dough. With the help of oil, take 1 tbsp of the mixture, put cheese inside it and make a cube.
- Coat the pan with oil and fry the potato squares.
