INGREDIENTS
8 slices of sandwich bread
150g (3/4 cup) of spreadable cheese
1 mango
200g of smoked salmon
150g (3/4 cup) of spreadable cheese (herbs)
200g of tuna in oil
150g (3/4 cup) of mayonnaise
100g of cooked ham
100g of cheese
150g of surimi
4 boiled eggs
1 tbsp of mayonnaise
METHOD
1. Spread the cream cheese on the bread. Place a slice of bread on a cutting board and arrange the mango slices and the smoked salmon slices. Add a slice of bread with cheese on top to seal and cut into squares.
2. Spread the cream cheese with herbs on the bread. Place a slice of bread on a cutting board and arrange tuna in oil. Add a slice of bread with cheese on top to seal and cut into squares.
3. Spread the mayonnaise on the bread. Place a slice of bread on a cutting board and arrange cooked ham and cheese slices. Add a slice of bread with mayonnaise on top to seal and cut into squares.
4. Clean and cut surimi into the pieces. Grate the eggs and add the surimi pieces into the bowl. Add the mayonnaise and mix it all together well.
5. Place a sandwich bread and spread the prepared eggs and surimi mixture. Close it with another slice of bread and cut it into squares.
6. Decorate appetizers and serve.
