Sandwich cake: beautiful and super delicious!

Here's how to make a delicious appetizer that everyone will love! Perfect for holidays!

INGREDIENTS

5 slices of bread for sandwiches

350g of mayonnaise

5g (1 tsp) of parsley

Pitted green olives

Mixed salad

250g of smoked salmon

160g tuna in oil (well-drained)

Cherry tomatoes

50g cream cheese + 50g of mayonnaise

METHOD

Prepare fillings for the sandwich cake. Drain the tuna completely and add 100 g of fine mayonnaise, and chopped red cherry tomatoes. In 100 g of mayonnaise, add a mixture of lettuce with carrots. Then mix 100 g of mayonnaise with pieces of salmon and yellow to dark red cherry tomatoes.
Arrange the cake, spread the tuna mixture on one slice, then fold in the next slice of tramezzino to which you apply the mixture of crispy salads, then the next layer of tramezzino bread with salmon mixture, another layer of tramezzino with salad mixture, and the last layer of tramezzino, coat with the mixture cream cheese, arrange olives and pieces of salmon as decoration.
