1 tsp. baking powder

150g butter

1 egg

200g sour cream

2 onions

1 potato

Salt

Paprika

Pepper

50ml (0.23 cup) oil

Parsley

Sesame

Yolk

METHOD

Mix all ingredients and knead the dough. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Mix all the ingredients for the filling.
Divide the dough into 12 pieces and form into balls. Roll out the cakes. Put the filling in the middle of the cake and cover it with another cake. Close the edges in the form of a flower. Put the formed sandwiches on a baking sheet and brush with the yolk.
Form the leaves of the flower and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake for 45 minutes at 180C ° / 350 ° F.
