Stuffed sandwiches: fluffy and delicious!

Fluffy and delicious, this method is amazing!
INGREDIENTS
220ml (1 cup) warm milk
80g (1/2 cup) Sugar
1/3 tsp Salt
7g dry yeast
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp vanilla extract
80g butter softened
500g (4 cups) Flour
Hazelnut grain
Chocolate ganache
Custard
180g cottage cheese
2 tbsp sugar
1 Egg yolk
METHOD
- In a bowl mix together milk, sugar and yeast. Add in eggs, butter, flour and salt. Let the dough rest for about 40 minutes.
- In another bowl mix together cottage cheese, sugar and egg yolk.
- Divide the dough into 8 pieces. Roll out each piece and fill it with custard. Transfer them to the baking pan and grease with egg yolk, put some cheese mixture on top and sprinkle with hazelnut grain.
- Bake at 180’C (350’F) for 25 minutes. Decorate with hazelnut cream and custard.
