Stuffed fried bread: delicious and easy to make!

Stuffed Fried Bread Dough is simply delicious. It’s really up to you what you stuff it with.

INGREDIENTS
4 bread slices
mini Mozzarella cheese
2 eggs
oil, for cooking
 
METHOD
Cut mozzarella into slices
Cut a slice of bread in half and put the mozzarella between 2 bread slices, dip in beaten eggs and fry in preheated oil.
