Stuffed bread: a delicious way to reuse stale bread!

INGREDIENTS
Bread 1
50ml milk
150g Salami
120g Mozzarella cheese
2 Eggs
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
20g (1/3 cup) Parsley
 
METHOD
  1. Cut the bread-like for sandwiches, fill it with salami and cheese.
  2. In another bowl mix eggs with parsley and spices.
  3. Dip sandwiches in it and fry in a pan with oil until golden from both sides.
